Dr Hart graduated in Medicine from the University of Bristol in 2002 having intercalated in Bioethics in 2000. She worked and travelled internationally before settling to live in WA, going on to complete her fellowship in Psychiatry in 2014.
Dr Hart has a varied range of interests within Psychiatry. She holds a part-time role running the Community arm of the Fremantle Older Adult Mental Health Service, and with a background in Consultation Liaison Psychiatry, is comfortable seeing clients with complex co-morbid clinical illness (including cognitive impairment). She also sees adult clients with depression, anxiety, BiPolar, Psychosis/Schizophrenia, as well as complex trauma/PTSD with a specialist interest in transgender issues. Dr Hart has developed a holistic approach to mental health and is a strong advocate for tailored psychological therapies. She is currently enjoying stand up paddle boarding as a great way to relax and unwind after work.
