Medical Referrals
In order to access Medicare rebates, a referral letter is required from a General Practitioner or Specialist.
HealthLink is our preferred method to receive referrals, but our additional contact details are noted below
Allied Health Referrals
Our allied health clinicians are able to provide both assessment and therapy services to clients with NDIS funding. The amount of support will depend on your individual NDIS plan, which will be discussed at the time of referral.
Most of our allied health clinicians participate in the Better Access to Mental Health Scheme.
